  • Our ESG Goals

    Through communication with our diverse stakeholders, we believe that the "ESG" we should aim for is "to gain the 'peace of mind and trust' of society, grow sustainably ourselves, and continue to contribute to the creation of a future society. In our daily corporate activities, we will pursue values that only the ANA Group can provide and meet the expectations of our stakeholders in order to realize our management philosophy.

    Strengthen the ANA Group as a whole with activities that preserve and enhance our corporate value, reflecting the needs and feedback of our stakeholders in everything we do.


    The ANA Group aims to realize a sustainable society and enhance its corporate value by simultaneously creating social and economic value through its business activities in the four key areas of "environment," "human rights," "community development," and "diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI)" in its ESG management that takes into consideration "environment," "society," and "governance.

    Boosting customer (CS) and employee (ES) satisfaction

    Preserving and enhancing corporate values are the two pillars at the core of our CS and ES activities. We are working to make both our customers and employees happier.

    Safety is always our first priority in anything we do, and we are uncompromising in ensuring full compliance. We are serious about our economic responsibilities and implement across-the-board risk management strategies throughout our business operations.

    Social Responsibility Guidelines

    In order to further strengthen the foundation of ESG management, the ANA Group has established "Social Responsibility Guidelines" that all Group employees (including contract employees, loaned employees, part time employees, temporary employees, etc.) must follow in common.

  • Compliance

    We have built a compliance framework led by our CSR Promotion Leader in line with the ANA Group Compliance Regulations.
    We are also clearly defining our relationships with legal departments as we ramp up efforts to minimize legal risks and prevent any situation that might compromise our corporate value.

  • Risk management

    ANAAS has stationed CSR Promotion Leaders in each group company and division, creating a framework that promotes risk management activities. CSR Promotion Leaders take charge of this area in each company and division to ensure that risks are properly addressed and that risk mitigation measures are systematically implemented.

  • AS Well be! Declaration

    ANA Airport Service Co., Ltd. has been promoting "AS Well be!" as an effort to draw out the "vitality" of our employees, and is developing activities to promote wellbeing, It also means "sustainable happiness. We declare that we will take the lead in creating an attractive corporate culture in which all employees can continue to work vigorously and sustainably in good physical and mental health.
